About

I am Jurij Blazejewski

I am an independent communications strategist and consultant trading as Crossfeed Consultancy. I help owners and directors of Irish SMEs craft a communications strategy that turns day-to-day activity into a consistent system aligned to goals, resourced realistically, owned internally, and measured.

In this context, business communications is broader than marketing or PR. It includes how information flows inside the business, how the organisation presents itself to clients and partners, and how it manages reputation and stakeholder relationships over time.

The Crossfeed approach

Crossfeed Consultancy is a communications strategy advisory for SMEs across Ireland. I work collaboratively to help assess needs, audit communications, and build a goal-led plan within your resources: define roles/workflows, choose channels/tools, set metrics and compliance checks, train key staff, and review progress in sessions.

Advisory only - no outsourced execution. Remote-first.

What I help you achieve

I help you move from fragmented communications activity to an operating approach your team can run.

Typical outcomes include:

  • clearer priorities and messaging across the business

  • defined roles, routines, and decision-making lines for communications

  • more consistent communication across key channels and stakeholder touchpoints

  • decision-grade visibility through measurement that matches your capacity

  • reduced wasted effort and fewer reputational surprises

What working together typically looks like

I start by listening and asking practical questions about your goals, audiences, constraints, and current communications activity. From there, I help you map what matters, identify gaps, and decide what to prioritise.

The core output is a structured plan and documentation your team can use. Where needed, I train nominated staff so essential communications work can be done in-house with confidence and consistency.

If you want ongoing support, it is focused on development, not maintenance. We use a cadence of review sessions to build capability over time, track what is changing, and improve the quality and consistency of communications as the business grows.

Who I work with and what is out of scope

I work with Irish SMEs, primarily in professional services. I also support tech and early-stage companies where clear messaging, roles, and stakeholder communication are critical.

I do not operate as an outsourced marketing, PR, or social media provider. Where execution is needed, I can strengthen in-house capability through training and help you define briefs and standards for external suppliers, including how to evaluate results.

Business clients only. I do not offer services to consumers.

Practicalities

Remote-first across Ireland. Meetings are usually held online (Microsoft Teams by default). If you prefer Zoom, Google Meet, or another platform, note this when booking and I will send an alternative link.

In-person meetings are available by prior agreement and can be useful for workshops, training, or stakeholder-facing sessions. These are typically held at your premises or another suitable location we agree in advance.
